A great outing the whole family will love!
My family headed to Arrington Vineyards last Friday night for its "Food Truck Fridays" that happen every Friday from May to October and it was a blast for the entire family. It's only about a 30-minute drive from Nashville and we arrived at right at 5 (hours for the event are 5-8 PM) with our picnic blankets and hungry bellies.
We found a grassy spot on the huge hill and then went and got a bottle of wine and food from the assortment of food truck vendors at the top of the hill. There was fun live music on the chilly October night and my kids had a blast running and rolling around on the hill while we chatted. There happened to be a full harvest moon which added to the magic of the evening.
Important Notes per the website:
- Guests are welcome to bring coolers with ice, food, and non-alcoholic beverages. AV does not have ice available for purchase.
- Alcoholic drinks are prohibited. Only Arrington Vineyards' wine is allowed on Arrington Vineyards' property.
- Children are welcome but must be with an adult at all times.
- Only ADA certified animals that are on a leash and properly restrained are permitted on the property.
