An Experience Like No Other.
For a safe, interactive experience the kids will love, the Virginia Safari Park features Virginia's only Drive-Thru Safari. There is a large variety of exotic animals and many opportunities get close to them, and in many cases feed and pet them. The zoo includes a walkthrough portion during which you can feed giraffes and walk with kangaroos as well as the drive-through portion and smaller interactions with animals and their zookeepers.
This experience was unlike any we'd ever had and we highly recommend stopping at the Virginia Safari Park.
This zoo is only a short drive from Natural Bridge State Park, a beautiful place to hike and enjoy nature.
