Locally owned and operated, this coffee house is simply wonderful.

This is hands down, our favorite local coffee shop. We love their in-house coffee as well as the bags of coffee we bring home. Owned and operated by a local couple, this coffee house can bring a smile to your day. They have a small number of muffins, scones, and pastries to eat. There is seating inside, or outside on the lawn or covered porch. They have some cute seasonal items for sale by a local artist.

Some of our favorite beans to bring home are Captain Jack, Blue Ridge Blend, Gilligans Brew, and Creme Brûlée. During different seasons they bring out specialty blends like Charlie Brown (pumpkin spice flavor), and Christmas Cookie. Drinks are made to order and the baristas are regularly coming up with new flavor combinations for lattes and frappes.

So come get your favorite cup of joe and enjoy it.

A Charlotte, NC transplant, Allison was born and raised in Texas. She has a degree in Marine Biology from Texas A&M University. Allison loves to scuba dive, travel, garden, and be active. She has a lovely husband and two smart, playful kids, a girl and boy. A love for nature and the outdoors has always been a passion of hers and now she gets to continue that with her family. They love to explore new places and go on family camping and hiking trips. Allison and her family live on a 12-acre homestead with ducks, chickens, and a garden. Outside life is important to their family and wants to share that passion with others.
