Bon Secours Washington Football Team Training Center is a playground for the American ninja warrior in all of us.

The Washington Redskins Charitable Foundation dare to challenge course is a boys and girls dream to practice and reenact the American Ninja Warrior tv show!  This park is adjacent to the Washington Football Team training facility, so it is a real treat for young fans field to see their fields. The equipment for the challenge course is finished in the team colors.  They suggest the course is for ages 13 and up but we’ve had kids try it and we think children ages 7 and up would love it!

There are dedicated start and finish areas so you can time the kids and track their improvements.  They have multiple musical xylophones for young children to play on and there is a composite rubber path that circles the park and brings you quite close to the facilities and if in season, could possibly view players practicing.  The composite rubber path also has outdoor workout equipment along the trail for adults and kids to try out! This is a great challenge for everyone. There are multiple benches and street parking is close to the dedicated entrance.

There are a variety of food and non-alcoholic beverage items are available for purchase on site, but guests are also welcome to bring food and beverages of their own, and that includes coolers for their storage (as long as all beverages they contain are non-alcoholic). Please keep in mind that most oversized bags are not permitted through security, so make sure the items you plan to carry in are easily searchable - no professional cameras or audio/video recorders are allowed in.
