Cafe Brazil is a local, different, relaxing restaurant that offers a great kids menu and a Brazilian take on food.

Named one of the best kid-friendly restaurants in Dallas, this spot offers a Brazilian take on breakfast and lunch and a great cup of coffee. The thing that makes Cafe Brazil so great is that kids 12 and under eat for FREE after 5 pm! When you buy an adult entree, you receive a free kids entree from Sunday to Thursday from 5 pm to 10 pm. There are seven different locations in the Dallas area, so no matter where you are coming from, you are likely to be near one. We visited the Bishop Arts District location and loved it. If you are looking for an alcoholic beverage for adults, be sure to double-check on their website that the location you’re headed to serves alcohol. The Carrollton, Bishop Arts, and Denton locations offer it as of now. Also, a few locations have different hours, so reference their location page to ensure they are open. Some are even open 24/7! Every entree on their kids menu is only $4.99 and the “fit menu” comes with two servings of fruit and veggies along with a fruity water beverage. On the other side of the menu are other kid offerings include fun breakfast options like “pigs in a blanket,” and “candy bar pancakes.” Their lunch and dinner options include dinosaur chicken nuggets, cheesy pasta, and more. These meals include a kid's beverage as well. The menu also offers entertainment with various coloring games and mazes to complete. Notable items on the full menu are their infamous BLT, Blackened Salmon tacos, veggie Migas, and pancrepes. There are items for every kind of eater and diet! I would definitely recommend Cafe Brazil as a fun, eclectic, and relaxing environment to dine in with kids. This spot will make you feel like you’re a local within the community!
