"One of the top ten children's museums in the nation", the Children's Museum of Phoenix does not disappoint.

Located in the heart of Phoenix, the Children's Museum of Phoenix is a family favorite. There is so much to do at this museum the family will be entertained for hours. The museum's thoughtfully designed exhibits are unique and arouse curiosity. Children will engage their minds and imaginations, and move with each exhibit.

The areas include the Art Studio where kids can get creative, Block Mania to build and construct, the Book Loft, Building Big by building forts, dens, and shelters, The Grand Ballroom where children will have a blast with ball movement, The Market grocery store experience, Noodle Forest, Peddle Power where kids ride tricycles along pathways, The Climber which gives you a bird's eye view of the museum, Texture Cafe to become a chef, and the Pit Stop to test your car's speed. There is also a space for toddlers and infants to crawl and engage in age-appropriate materials. Outside you will find the Move It area with tunnels, space to run and climb, and explore.

The museum offers numerous programs, camps, and educational experiences. You can find a full list of events, programs, and camps on their website. There is something for the whole family to enjoy. On the first Friday of every month from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm the museum is free to the public.

Bring a lunch or enjoy snacks from the museum's gift shop. They have designated eating areas and water filling stations on all three floors.

Plan for a full day of fun and your kids not wanting to leave. The Children's Museum of Phoenix is simply a fantastic kids' space. Check it out for your next family adventure. For dinner check out the Old Spaghetti Factory or have a sweet treat at the Yard Milkshake Bar.
