Commons Park and Playground

Commons Park is on either side of the South Platte River and either side has different features and aspects. The west edge is more grassy and has wetlands. The east side has more urban features and connects to Downtown Denver. There are multiple benches to sit and enjoy the scenery, and a long paved path perfect for jogging, stroller running, or dog walking.

Commons park also connects directly to the Denver Skatepark towards 19th Street. There were plenty of people using rideshare scooters to get around on the paths and enjoying the waterways. This park is super clean and beautiful being right next to the river. It is a great way to enjoy the outdoors within the city. Commons Park is an amazing way to spend a day outside while still being a part of the city because it connects to a long green stretch and on either side, there are features of urban Denver.
