Larchmont's updated Constitution Park boasts a lovely nature playground.

The newly restored Constitution Park has helped to revitalize the town of Larchmont. It can be found in the heart of the village, next to the firehouse and across from the Catholic Church and the French-American School. It now serves as a community hub for many gatherings, social and community events, and playdates.

The Village of Larchmont puts on outdoor concerts and family-friendly cultural events to draw the community together at this special spot, often centered around the park's gazebo. An annual art show and holiday light festival are just a few of the events planned by the village throughout the year. In addition, a children's grove with a natural-looking playground and a sculpture garden has enlivened the space. This playground is ideal for toddlers and smaller children. A path winds around the park, perfect for stroller walks or for scooting with little ones. 

You should find parking easily in the village or in the Manor neighborhood. (For reference, the park sits right in the middle of the Manor neighborhood). If you park in the Manor neighborhood, you will have free parking. In addition, the Village of Larchmont recently introduced paid parking. 

You could spend the whole morning exploring this lovely, historic area. Start by walking through the Larchmont Manor neighborhood and then visit the park. Play with your kids at the playground, or rest in the garden, or at one of the many benches located around the park. Then continue your walk along the Long Island Sound before heading back to the village. A Parisian-style lunch at the Encore Bistro would be the perfect way to end this morning.
