Ninja Warrior Style Challenge Course & Playground certainly sets this park apart from the rest.

If your kids love watching American Ninja Warrior, creating obstacle courses in the backyard or just love to play, you should check out the new playground at Crescent Park in Erie! Recently updated in 2020, the park is divided into two areas. First, you have a more typical playground side, complete with a slide play structure, swings, cone-shaped rope spinner and more. Second, there is my kids’ favorite part…the 7 piece challenge course! Complete with a turf floor, your kids will love the obstacles as they climb through floating boards, run along the U-Turn ramp, and test their balance. I love that this provides a place for those older kids 12+ to play too!

In addition to the playground, there is a large pavilion with covered tables and a huge grass field for soccer, football, frisbee, you name it! We love Crescent Park because of the age range it covers and also because it has some great shade trees for those sunny days.

Things to Know: There is a portable restroom available. Also, this park would be a great place to meet friends in the area. Crescent Park is located in the quiet Kenosha Farms neighborhood, not far from downtown Erie. If you’re making an afternoon of it, make sure to stop by locally owned Sweets (502 Briggs St, Erie, CO 80516) for some ice cream!
