Part of the Vintage Restaurant Group, Dogwood Tavern is located in Falls Church.

The other locations in the group are in Arlington and include Rhodeside Grill between the Courthouse and Roslyn neighborhoods, Ragtime in Courthouse, William Jeffrey's Tavern on Columbia Pike and the newest addition is Bear Branch Tavern in Vienna. They are all known for reasonably priced, but truly delicious food.

The team pays close attention to maintaining daily food and drink specials at all their locations, and their regular raw bar specials and weekend brunch are both notable across the company. The food keeps us coming back time and again, and there is always something for everyone in a party, no matter how picky. The staff is always warm and welcoming and while we are always on the lookout for new places to eat, if there is a Vintage Restaurant Group spot within our reach, that is always where we'll end up. We simply can't resist.

The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a great family-friendly neighborhood vibe, as well as a great bar scene and late-night food options. Dogwood has a perfect, and well-priced selection of kids' menu items, and they maintain very reliable hours, which is always a plus. They have a roaring fire inside if the weather warrants it, and they regularly feature live music.

There is an outdoor bar during warm weather and seating outside year-round, especially in light of new Covid precautions - there are heaters and fire pits at the ready.

Benjamin Banneker Park, with its newly renovated playground, is less than five minutes away.
