The whole family will be eager to return to Duke's.

Duke's is a fun restaurant for adults and kids alike, its laid-back surfing theme surrounds you throughout your entire dining experience. Surfboard fins adorn the walls along with photos of the surfing legend himself, Duke Paoa Kahanamoku. Duke (1890-1968) was a Native Hawaiian and is historically known as the father of surfing, you will see that strong historic background carried out through the establishment.

The kids will love the atmosphere as well as the fresh, locally sourced ingredients that make up their menu. Throughout their breakfast, lunch and dinner menus you'll find kid-friendly items such as pancakes, burgers, tacos and, of course, you can't leave without ordering one of their famous Hula Pies for dessert! Grab a table inside or outside, the entire restaurant offers ocean-view seating that will give you and the family breathtaking views of La Jolla Cove and the cliffs beyond. Highchairs are available for the little ones, just call "Aloha" to your friendly server. You'll want to check out this little piece of Hawaii while visiting La Jolla.
