Fifth + Broadway, Nashville, TN, USA
Nashville's Newest Downtown Destination
Explore this new mixed-use area of Nashville!
Fifth + Broadway is Nashville’s newest downtown destination. It’s a large outdoor and indoor space with front-facing retail, dining, living, and an emphasis on the accessibility of it all. You can access it off-Broadway across from the Pred’s stadium or off-fifth across from the Ryman. It’s home to the National Museum of African American Music, retail such as Free People, Sephora, the local boutique Molly Green, and more. It’s also home to some of Nashville's best dining, including many local spots. On the ground floor, you’ll find Shake Shack, Slim & Huskey’s, Cava, Hattie B’s, and Jeni’s These restaurants all have both indoor and outdoor dining.
On the second floor, you’ll find the Assembly Food Hall (North), which is an open-air food hall with bars and eateries. While this food hall has a trendy vibe, it’s very kid-friendly with lots of space for littles and strollers. They also have live music and other events throughout the week. Check their website for more details. Some favorite local eateries in this area are Donut Distillery, Thai Esane, Desano Pizza, Oke Poke, Prince’s Hot Chicken, and The Pharmacy. Most of this seating is indoors, but there are a few outdoor tables.
There is a paid parking lot underground, which you can access off of Broadway or you can park on the east side of the river and enjoy a day in downtown Nashville by walking across the pedestrian bridge and up Broadway. Due to its location downtown, I expect this to be a popular destination for both locals and visitors. It was quite busy on a Sunday lunchtime, but due to the number of options, there is plenty of space for many people to enjoy.
