Harriet Wetherill Park is a Plymouth Township park that has it all in terms of appealing to different age groups. The 60+ acre park features a playground, picnic pavilion (that you can rent for parties), walking trails, butterfly garden, open space to play ball, and a bird blind. You could spend about 2 hours exploring all the different areas of the park and visit multiple times.

The playground is themed for the outdoors with woodland creatures. Bring your binoculars if you love bird watching or just use the bird blind. Within the butterfly garden there is a lush array of flowers to enjoy and so many species of butterfly to talk with your little one about. You may also want to explore the walking path and wooded trails adjacent to the butterfly garden.
