A great Playground for a Break During Shopping and Errands.
The HG Hill Park and Playground is not necessarily a destination in and of itself, but if you are in the area doing errands or shopping at Target, Costco, etc., it’s nice to know that there is a clean, newish playground in the area. It's a classic playscape - there are climbing apparatuses and slides and it’s geared more for younger kids and toddlers. There is also a walking path around the playground area and a large green space to run around. There are plenty of benches for caregivers. Don't be expecting a lovely natural setting, it's set in the parking lot of a big strip mall, but its location and convenience make it a haven if your kids need a break while they are tagging along on errands.
On your way home, you could stop at West Meade Waterfall.
