All Natural, Hormone and Antibiotic-free chicken sandwiches & tenders with amazing flavors.

Hot Lola’s features Sichuan x Nashville style hot chicken sandwiches and tenders. The only question is, how hot do you want it? Taste buds of all ages will love Hot Lola’s tenders and seasoned waffle fries, but if you’re feeling adventurous try The Sandwich O.G. Hot. One thing to know (and love) about Hot Lola’s is that Chef Kevin Tien only uses all-natural, hormone and antibiotic-free chicken.

Finish your meal with a sweet treat from Ice Cream Jubilee, a modern twist on a traditional ice cream shop. Our favorite flavor is the Cookies & Cookie Dough (a mix between cookie dough and cookies & cream). Yum!

Both locations are part of the Quarter Market, which is a unique indoor/outdoor dining food court with delicious concepts that guarantee a fun culinary experience that is far more impressive than what you would expect from a typical "food court." The high-quality options are also diverse, so there is sure to be something to appeal to every member of your crew.

Ballston has so many great options for families. Before or after you enjoy your meal, check out MedStar Capitals Iceplex, located on the top level of Ballston Quarter. It’s open to skaters year round and you may even see the Capitals hockey team practicing.

The Nook Ballston is just steps away and is a great place to spend a few hours playing with young kids. If you want an outdoor adventure, try Mosaic Park (right around the corner from Ballston Quarter), Quincy Park and Playground (a ten to fifteen-minute walk) or Lubber Run Park and Playground which is just two minutes by car or ten on foot.

The closest metro station is Ballston-MU and you can walk there in less than four minutes from Ballston Quarter Market.

Melody Parry Jones
Melody moved around most of her life (military family) and graduated from the University of Central Florida where she was a college athlete. Even though the beach will always feel like home, she now lives in Arlington, VA with her husband, Brent, and the #fourlittlejonesies. After stints as a flight attendant, government consultant, and sales representative for a major running brand, Melody spends her days exploring and adventuring with the kids. Whether it’s a hike, playground, bike ride/run to a playground, or nature walk, Melody and the kids are always out of the house by 9:30am (otherwise, it’s chaos). Melody is a Washington D.C. ambassador, and loves the opportunity to explore even more in the city she calls home.
