My children’s favorite lunch spot in all of Brooklyn is a little Japanese restaurant tucked into a side street in Brooklyn Heights. It’s very simple and small, and not too fancy. The servers are kind and the sushi and other Japanese fare is good. Especially pleasing to my children and the others I see dining there are the lunchtime bento boxes – including more than 5 offerings of salad, soup, dumplings, meat, and more – all ranging from $9 to $12. Stop in for a quick bite before or after walking along the Brooklyn Heights Promenade or touring around Brooklyn Bridge Park.
