If you're looking for delicious eats and a great quality coffee, Josiah's is a wonderful choice.

Josiah's was a bit of a surprise for me. It was really, really busy, and with good reason. The food and coffees were delicious!! There was a short line to order, but I would say it was well worth it. I do recommend, however, that if you're in a hurry, you leave extra time for this reason, especially if visiting during prime time for meals, such as a weekend brunch. When I'm traveling, I may either have a kiddo tantrum on my hands, or be trying desperately to feed them and get on our way to get outside and explore, so this information is useful for me.

Josiah's definitely had a college coffee shop vibe to it, though looking around, I saw families, kids of all ages, college students, adults, and old folks. The bustling vibe was definitely energizing, and it told me right away that the food would be good. Sometimes when we travel, I seek out different foods for the kids, but most often I'm just looking for a 'sure thing' to fill them up, please their taste buds, and give them nutrients. I was pleased by many of the menu items...Mickey Mouse pancakes for kiddos for under $5?...Oh YEAH! Delicious veggie omelet?.... Yes, please! Piping hot, delicious mocha for mommy?... You KNOW that's a yes! We loved Josiah's.

After fueling up here, head over to the gorgeous Falls Park on the northside of downtown for some nature exploration. Better yet, take it to go, and bring your lunch to the park!
