Kate's Kitchen is a wonderful family restaurant in the Kansas City area, with delicious eats!

If you're heading to KC with (or without) your family, Kate's Kitchen is a delicious must-do! Kate's features the tastiest breakfasts and lunches in town, and all at reasonable prices. Plus, well, Mickey Mouse pancakes for your kiddos...need I say more?! Wait, did I say kiddos...I meant for your whole family! I don't know anyone who doesn't love a Mickey Mouse short stack.

Breakfast options run the gamut, from a South of the Border take on the first meal of the day to egg and pancake classics to such funky choices as a "Red Hot Mamacado." Every dish that we tried was a home run...hot, delicious, filling, and with excellent, quality ingredients. Lunch options are just as tasty, and every bit as filling, too. Not only does Kate's offer traditional sandwiches, wraps, and quesadillas, but they also have a special portion of their lunch menu called the "Fitness Corner" which offers a huge list of healthier options for your whole family, which I just love. It's such a bonus for moms and other caregivers, especially while traveling, to have some healthier options for feeding their families while eating out.

We all just adored our meal at Kate's Kitchen and would return here in a heartbeat. The next time we visit KC, we will definitely make a point of stopping here. After filling your bellies with the tastiest food around, head over to nearby Hobby Hill Park for some family fun!
