Kate’s Playground is located right in front of Fletcher’s Library. It is a small park but has everything required to be fun for the tiny humans! Plenty of swings, climbing structures, slides, a separate Tot Lot with bucket swings, covered picnic pavilion, and a small green space. The park has enough shade that it’s still worth a visit on hot summer days.
During business hours there are bathrooms right across the parking lot in the library, which are always cool and clean. There is usually plenty of parking unless there is a church function (shares a parking lot) which also alters the hours on Sunday, opening from 1-8.
