Latta Park is located in the Dilworth neighborhood close to Uptown and is a family favorite. Sitting on 32 acres, Latta has a super popular sprayground (in the summer), awesome playgrounds designed by age, tennis courts, gorgeous wooded walking trails, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and a grill/shelter (perfect for birthday parties). Bring bikes and follow the paved trail through the natural area that hugs the creek. Make sure to stop for some rock and critter hunting along the creek.
