In this small, casual, family run restaurant in Everett you can easily tell their bone broth was made with love. This traditional soup of the Philippines  is truly a gift from their family to the community.  Made with a beef bone broth base, you chose your protein, and it comes with sides to customize to your liking. Pho To Liem is affordable, and you’d be surprised to see the large size could easily be two meals. Bathrooms are accessible but do not provide a changing table for little ones.
