Piccolo is a sweet rescue farm just 20 minutes outside Nashville.

Piccolo Farms is a rescue farm in Whites Creek, TN, about 20 min north of Nashville. The owners, Jeff and Bonnie, started their animal sanctuary in East Nashville and quickly grew out of their space after word spread about their love for animals in need. Today, their farm is home to over 40 goats, pigs, ponies, sheep, roosters, a tortoise, and some fun-loving dogs. The animals are all very friendly and are excited to greet you and wander around the farm alongside you during your visit. 

To schedule a tour, message them on Instagram or Facebook. There is no charge to visit, but they welcome donations and their farm operates on donations. The tours are an hour-long, which is just the right amount of time to explore their farm. You are welcome to bring a friend or ask about bringing a small group. Jeff led our tour and was so thoughtful, informative, and funny as he introduced us to the different animals. My 3-year-old son was a little overwhelmed by the animals for the first half of the visit, but he warmed up to them as the tour went on. Again, the animals are all very friendly and will cozy right on up to you. This is not a traditional farm visit with tractors, hay bales, etc., rather it's a loving home for animals. Go support this sweet farm and its mission to helping animals in need.

Tours are offered every hour on the hour for a $25 donation and have a 4 family limit per hour block to ensure a personalized experience for all of our guests. Please note that all donations are non-refundable. If your plans change you are welcome and encouraged to reschedule your visit for a convenient day and time.
