Located in the gorgeous historical Fairmont Creamery building, Pure Bean Roasters offers delicious baked goods, alongside top notch coffee and espresso drinks.

As a busy mom, I'm always on the lookout for the most delicious coffee in town. Bonus points if I can pick up a fresh treat for the girls, too. Pure Bean was the perfect pick-me-up before we headed into the Black Hills for some hiking and exploring. I picked up a scrumptious latte and a few freshly-baked scones for a little treat.

This award-winning coffeehouse did not disappoint...I was definitely ready for the day, and all that comes with it when you have littles in tow. USA Today has named Pure Bean the best coffee shop in South Dakota, and it shows. The staff were friendly and professional, and were happy to recommend several local hikes for our family. Pure Bean offers tons of seating options, if you decide to dine in, though we chose to grab and go, in order to get on the trails faster. I'm grateful whenever friendly locals share the best local spots. I highly recommend any coffee drinks at Pure Bean, as well as their brownies and scones.
