A Fun River Outing the Family will Love!
Spend an active half-day or full-day with your kids and one of Rendezvous’ highly skilled guides with this family-friendly outing! Our 12-year-olds loved the half-day journey down the Hoback with their friendly instructor Taylor. The Hoback River is Class 2 and 3 so it’s fun for kids and relatively safe. Nobody swam but everyone had a good time. The inflatable kayaks are hard to flip over but still give you autonomy, freedom, and an adrenaline rush. You will feel safe and thrilled all at the same time!
Day trips last about four hours. Guides will have snacks and extra layers in case you get cold, but don't forget to bring cash to tip them!
The river water is cold. It can be deceiving in the hot parking lot in town but I would wear the gear they offer you to keep warm.
