Learn to skate at the LeFrak Center in Prospect Park!
This fun outdoor roller rink is a blast. It's located in Prospect Park's LeFrak Center at Lakeside, which offers ice skating, figure skating, curling, hockey and broomball in the winter, and roller skating, biking, and boating during the summertime.
The most appealing part about this rink is that it's outside! You're tucked away in the park's natural landscape and have a beautiful lake nearby. On Friday nights, Coney Islands Lola Star's Dreamland Disco hits the rink and puts on a DJ-fueled, retro, roller skating disco show, which sounds like a blast. It's a 21 and older event so it's better for a date night, and it's recommended that you arrive before 8:30 pm because tickets always sell out.
