Rosland Park is a multi-use park with many options for family fun!

This park has a really great, central location, just off the freeway, and close to shops and restaurants, but also in a really great neighborhood. It's also not far from the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport, making it a great choice for out-of-towners who are flying in.

The options for fun here really are varied, including pickleball courts, tennis courts, a baseball field, and sand volleyball courts. There's also the option for disc golf, and there's a large gazebo for shade in the warmer months. There's also a fishing pier to keep your kiddos entertained during the summertime, so bring that fishing pole! Our kids absolutely LOVE fishing, so this small amenity is actually a really big deal for us. There's a walking path, grills for barbequing, and plenty of benches and picnic tables.

Despite being located just off a major freeway, this park is really pretty overall, and also offers scenic views of nearby Lake Cornelia. Another exciting amenity during the summertime is the local Farmer's Market, which is held on-site at Rosland Park. Kids and grown-ups alike will enjoy picking out fresh produce at the market on a beautiful day. The Farmer's Market is typically held on Thursday afternoons/early evening, but be sure to check the latest information if you're hoping to catch a market day.

The playground here has plenty to offer your busy bees and sits up on the hill. It is, however, quite accessible, as there's a paved walking path leading up the hill to the playground, though it has a bit of an incline. But, the elderly or those with compromised walking need not negotiate stairs in order to enjoy this park, which is great for multigenerational family fun.

I love that this park is located very close to coffee, shops, and restaurants and that it has ample parking in the lot. All of these things make it a more convenient stop for busy caregivers and parents on the go.
