Selwyn Elementary has two playgrounds within fifty yards of each other.

The first of the two playgrounds has a large gated field suited for running around or practicing your favorite field sports. The playground equipment is best suited for 1st through 3rd graders. There are benches to place your belongings on or for a much-needed break after running around and taking advantage of this large space!

If you cross over a wooden bridge and take a right, you will find another playground. This playground is best suited for older kids (3rd-5th graders). You will also find a paved track if you have a runner or walker in your group! Approximately six laps around the paved track will make 1 mile. These playgrounds are limited to after school hours (after 2:30 pm) or weekends. There is street parking available off of Runnymede Lane on the road across from Michael Barker Place.
