Indoor trampoline fun awaits at Sky Zone in Springfield.

Skyzone is a large trampoline and activity chain, with a location in Springfield, Virginia. It has a variety of activity areas, including a balance beam and rock wall located over a foam pit appropriate for little ones, a large wall-to-wall trampoline area for all ages, a Ninja Warrior Course, Ropes Course, Zip Line and much more.

The space is vast and has many varied areas of interest, so expect children of different ages to be pulled in different directions. There are places to post up that provide good sightlines, but even so, it could be difficult to keep track of multiple children so it might be wise to team up with a friend or spouse if bringing multiple younger children.

There are several different activities in Sky Zone for you and your kids to enjoy! The Foam Zone is a large foam pit where you can run and jump and land in to get some massive air and land in a soft pit filled with foam cubes. There is also Skyslam, a basketball hoop and "court" that is on the trampoline! Dunk as high as you want with this cool and fun setup. Ultimate dodgeball is another fun and active game that kids can play. It can definitely get intense but it is a really fun option for structured play.

There is definitely something for everyone at Skyzone and a good workout is a guarantee if you step into the fun!

Moby Dick House of Kabob is just down the street if you're looking for a meal after all that bouncing. Lake Accotink Park is also nearby if you need some outdoor fun!
