This is a convenient spot to sled with kids of all ages.
With ample parking, Clermont Elementary School has a long hill that descends to the back of the school building itself. The older kids migrate toward the part that is just above the parking lot. To the right is arguably the steepest spot, and slightly "skiers left" of that safe sledding requires a little bit of steering (or capsizing instincts) since with a lot off speed you can head toward the basketball court or a small stone wall. Alternatively, slightly further left you can have some fun sledding at a slant toward the building, but be cautious and check the sled speed before your little ones go on their own so nobody risks hitting the building itself.
In our opinion, the best place to sled is all the way "skiers left." It was never crowded (in fact we regularly have it to ourselves), and you can go directly down and far past where the building begins if you get enough speed going. While there are some potential obstructions on the far left, that is also where people will choose to walk up the hill because you can walk along the tree edge where the snow hasn't been sledded on (easier traction for the little ones), so you'll lead your sled slightly to the right of that anyway. You can have some really perfect runs right in that area and we never get tired of it! All along the side of the building in front of this sledding area is a smaller hill, which is still a lot of fun, especially for families that have very little ones in tow that don't want to climb a tall hill for every run.
Both of these sledding areas are located in the furthest point from the parking lot if you drove over to Clermont, so it is a bit of a walk, but if you're lucky you can nab the one spot in front of the school that is not assigned to Principal or Vice-Principal and it's an easy little walk up to the hill.
