This gorgeous little cupcake boutique will transform you into a kid again!

When my kids stepped out of our car, I saw their eyes get wide, and they said "woooowwww" as they saw the fancy pink banner lining the storefront, and they saw the fancy cakes of all shapes and sizes in the windowsill. Yes, there was even a multi-tiered Harry Potter cake! The cakes were so fancy, the girls asked if they were really real. Yes, they were! But yet, they seemed far too pretty to be edible.

Inside, we were in awe of the giant, fancy gingerbread houses, the pretty cupcakes, and the hot cocoa balls. Everything in the store was so pretty...almost (but not quite!) too pretty to eat. We tried to do what our family usually does when we visit a sweets shop, especially cupcake shops, and each choose a different flavor, then share all the flavors and each vote for a favorite. However, the kids couldn't escape the siren song of the gorgeous rainbow sprinkle cupcakes, and they both ordered those. Hubs ended up with a Choczilla cupcake, which is chocolate cake, topped with buttercream frosting. I couldn't resist trying the intriguing lemon-coconut cupcake, and it was just as delicious as it sounds! I tried all three, but my own choice remained my fave.

We really had a blast at this adorable cupcake shop, and would definitely return for a fun family day together. After picking out a special treat here, head over to gorgeous Bredesen Park for a giant dose of nature therapy. There, you'll find gorgeous walking and biking trails, and beautiful scenery.
