Tandem Bagels is a great stop for breakfast or lunch when visiting Northfield. For breakfast, grab a coffee, a bagel with cream cheese, or oatmeal. They also have a daily pastry selection (typically a cookie, a scone, or a cinnamon roll). Bagels are baked fresh daily, so options change from day to day. Most days, families can expect approximately a dozen options with unique flavors like seasonal pumpkin and traditional options like the "kitchen sink", plain, and blueberry. As you can see, both savory and sweet options are available. Tandem Bagels also makes their own spreadable cream cheese in a variety of flavors (think walnut and honey, bacon and scallion, and more!).

Those popping in for lunch will be delighted by the variety of cold and hot sandwiches (all on bagels, of course!). Select from options like the Bike Lox (lox, cream cheese, capers, etc.) or the Pizza Bagel (as delicious as it sounds!). While there is no specific kids' menu, I'm confident little palates will find something to their liking!

Upon arrival, order at the counter. They will call out your order when finished. You can find seating in the front of the shop, or in the back (past the bathrooms). Additionally, a seasonal patio is available outside. Alternatively, when the weather is nice, head across the street and eat in the town square. Here, you'll have a great view of the river too! The restaurant is convenient for families, with multiple restrooms (including a changing table) and high-chairs.
