Taqueria Malverde: The Taco Bus in West Yellowstone

The vibe is cool and super low key at this taco stop. It’s literally an old school bus turned into an authentic Mexican restaurant where you can sit in the bus, outside at the picnic tables, or take it to go to the playground across the street. Our group enjoyed carne asada tacos, quesadillas, and delicious rice and beans. The jarritos were a hit with the big kids too.
