A great spot to walk, bike and scooter in the heart of Richmond.

This is a great spot to load up the stroller, kids’ bikes, and scooters. The loop is .47 miles and is doable for kids of all ages to loop around once or a few times! Stop along the way to take in the sights, see the geese or stop at a picnic table for a water break and snack.

If you are feeling more adventurous than the loop around The Landing at Fountain Lake, there is a lot to see at William Bryd park: Dog Dell Amphitheater, barker field dog park and a short trails that lead up to Pump House Park.

You can’t beat this spot for a nice peaceful walk or bike/scooter ride for the kids. There is plenty of parking and easy to load and unload kids, bikes, scooters and strollers.

Their bathrooms are basic but include a changing table.
