Take a Pirate Adventure Sail in the waterways off the coast of the beautiful Yorktown Beach community.

Get ready, Get set, Sail with Pirates of Yorktown! This is a kid-focused, 1.5-hour sailing adventure where kids learn sailor skills like raising sails, steering the boat, and tieing knots that all sailors tie. The crew is knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. With children on board, they are great at entertaining and engaging the customers as well as empowering the little ones to jump in and help operate the boat. Most of the time is spent experiencing sailing, learning about ship and local history, and creating lasting memories for all.  

Snacks, drinks, and adult beverages are available on the ship once set sail but bear in mind you are not welcome to bring outside snacks or beverages onboard. You may want to pack some extra cash for snacks and also don't forget some cash for the gratuity.  Sunset sails occur in the evening and customers often see dolphins and osprey on their ride so have your camera ready as there is lots to see, even for the sunset cruise! 

These sails last about two hours. There is no discount for children and strollers are not permitted on the vessel.

Sailing days are typically from May 1st through the end of October. The Pirate Adventure ends the first week of September. See dates below and on the website. You can also keep checking or call in to see if dates have opened up
