Conestee Park is a fantastic year-round spot to enjoy nature and play at the playground.

Located southeast of Greenville, Conestee Park is the "Central Park" of the Upstate area. It is home to the Greenville Little League, the Greenville Dirt Series, and hosts numerous events throughout the year.

The park features playgrounds, trail access, paved walking paths, a picnic shelter, restrooms, a dog park, and green space. The playground area features two play areas, the first being fenced-in for younger children. This play structure has a slide, multiple ways to climb, steps, a ladder, and an interactive play station. The play area is filled in with mulch and has several benches to sit on. While there is no shade, the play structure does have an awning over top of it. The other play structure is large and features a twisting slide, regular slide, multiple ways to climb, a rock climbing wall, monkey bars, a ropes course, and interactive play stations. The area also has no shade except for the few umbrella awnings over the play structure. The playgrounds are next to each other so if you have multiple kids it's easy to see all of them. The restrooms and large picnic shelter are also next to the playgrounds.

There is a .38 mile paved walking path that goes around the shelter area and a .69 mile paved walking path that goes around the stadium, large shelter, and green space, and connects to the Conestee Nature Preserve. Near the playground, next to the walking trail, is an exercise station area. This walking path is perfect for pushing a stroller, scootering, biking, walking, and ride-on toys.

The Conestee Nature Preserve is a 400-acre wildlife preserve with trails that are natural surface, paved, and boardwalk style. This is a great way to get a nature walk in and play at the playground after that. You can also access the Swamp Rabbit greenway trail from the park too. Take a long family bike ride into downtown Greenville from the park.

Conestee Park and Playground has so much to offer families. You could easily spend the day here. Check it out for your next family adventure.
