Not your average tacos, Crafted has mouth watering tacos and burgers that will have you coming back for more. 
 

Located in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem, Crafted The Art of the Taco is changing the way you want tacos. It's affordable, made to order, gourmet dishes with fresh, local ingredients available. Crafted has tacos, burgers, salads, gourmet sides, and even vegan/vegetarian friendly options. Everything is homemade including the tortillas and chips. There are ten types of tacos to choose from like baja style, traditional, and Americanized to gourmet tacos like wayfarer with bulgogi short ribs, white rice, korean red sauce, shakalkaka sauce, kimchi, cilantro, scallions, and sesame seeds. You can also mix and match your tacos with different protein options inside like beer-battered fish, grilled shrimp, seared tuna, shredded beef or chicken, chorizo, or pulled pork. They even have vegetarian options including vegan beef, chicken, fish fillet, chofu, and black beans and corn. Don't want a taco?  Crafted also serves burgers with toppings like spicy pimento cheese, bacon, and caramelized onions or smoked goat cheese, bacon, and pepper jelly. If you want something spicy on your burger, go for the What’s Poppin’ topped with jalapeno popper spread, pickled red onions, fresh jalapenos, bacon, and Fuego sauce. The burgers can all be made for vegetarians, too, with the Beyond Burger.  All the sauces are made in house, and most are vegan. 

For the adults, they serve local craft beer and amazing cocktails. 

This is a great place to stop in for a bite to eat while shopping around town. There is plenty of seating inside and a small patio to enjoy the weather.
