Don't miss Falls Park on the Reedy, a top destination in Greenville.

Located in the West End of downtown Greenville, Falls Park on the Reedy has been named a "Top U.S Park" by TripAdvisor several years in a row. This 32-acre park has something for everyone. Overhead you will find the 345-foot walkable Liberty Bridge to get a full view of the falls. What makes this bridge unique is the concrete reinforced deck with a distinct curve. It's supported by a single suspension cable with supporting cables on the outside. This bridge looks like nothing else in the Western Hemisphere. The bridge stands like a sculpture in the park and visitors get a lovely view. This is a prime location for picture taking. Along the river you will find a large green space for events, hanging out, and benches to sit and enjoy the falls. There are other smaller water features and garden areas as well in the park.

During the summer, the park turns into a stage with the Warehouse Theatre's Upstate Shakespeare Festival. From May to September families can also enjoy movies on the lawn and watch classic films as part of the Fidelity Investments Moonlight Movie series.

You can also connect to the Swamp Rabbit Trail from here. This is a great spot to end the day on the trail. Just a short walk down the trail along the Reedy, you will find many picnic spots, the Cancer Survivor Park, and the Rock Quarry Garden. The trail is nice and shaded and great for strollers, walking, running, and biking.

Falls Park on the Reedy is really a spectacular place you will want to come back time and time again. Follow them on Facebook for all the latest updates and event happenings throughout the year.
