Marination Ma Kai has waterfront views and delicious food in Seattle

Located in West Seattle, in the North Admiral district, Marination Ma Kai is the brick-and-mortar restaurant for the popular food truck. Their fun twist on Hawaiian-Korean fusion food is fresh and delicious.

They have tacos, sliders, kimchi fried rice, salads, luau plates, and fried fare. The tacos and sliders include items like Kalbi beef tacos, spicy pork tacos, miso chicken tacos, tofu tacos, Spam sliders, and Aloha sliders. The kimchi fried rice bowl is popular with proteins like kalbi bee, miso ginger chicken, spicy pork, kalua pork, and tofu. The same proteins can be found in the Luau plates, including mac salad, signature slaw, and two scoops of rice. There is a kids' menu, but it is small and only has a kids chicken option or a rice and cheese quesadilla.

On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, enjoy their breakfast selections from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. They have breakfast tacos, breakfast burritos, sliders, loco moco, and Spam musubi. No matter what you choose, the food is delicious! 

Marination Ma Kai also has great views of the water! You can watch the water taxi come in and out and see the beautiful skyline of Seattle. There is a large amount of outdoor seating with high-top tables and chairs. For even better views, grab your food to-go and head down to one of the public picnic areas to enjoy the views. From here, you can take the water taxi over to the central area of Seattle.
