Full museum of NASCAR history with exhibits and hands-on features.

Drivers, start your engines! NASCAR Hall of Fame is the place to come for all your NASCAR history. This has everything from stock cars, history on the sport, drivers from past and present, and interactive exhibits. The interactive exhibits include realistic racing simulators, competition tire changes, build your own race car in the virtual painting booth, become a NASCAR reporter, and more.

When you first enter the exhibit hall, you will experience the Glory Road Champions which features 18 premier series championship cars that were picked by Dale Jr. himself. These cars represent some of the most memorable races in NASCAR championships. There is a rotating exhibit area that is currently featuring the 25 years of NASCAR Trucks as well as the LightningMcQueen on exhibit. Then you head into the NASCAR Hall of Honor, a space where NASCAR legends are celebrated and honored over the years. Next go inside NASCAR and learn the process from car design to race day. Or become a NASCAR reporter listening to cues to start and stop, talking about the drivers and providing the play-by-play of the race. Then test your skill and get behind the wheel of one of eight NASCAR stock car replicas outfitted with the iRace software used by the real drivers.

This is definitely geared more towards older children, teens, and adults; some of the younger race loving fans might have fun looking at all the cars and interacting with the exhibits. There is a lot of history and many exhibits so you will spend plenty of time reading and playing . They have a cafe and speed shop for refreshments and souvenirs. They offer various combos for entry which include general admission, unlimited simulator rides, audio tour, cafe meal, and voucher towards the store.
