Enjoy a great atmosphere and even better breakfast food at the Ruby Slipper Cafe!

First, I love breakfast in all its glory. My family loves breakfast: the pancakes, the eggs, the French toast, all of the options! Ruby Slipper has 5 stars for a reason. It's a delicious and fun place for breakfast in the heart of Pensacola. Wonderful service, great options, and lively environment, all while being fairly priced too! 

With such a large menu, everyone in the family is sure to leave here with a full stomach and a big smile. My go-to is always a classic egg benedict, but I was tempted by a lot of the menu options and will definitely try one of their specials next time- they all looked so good! The cafe prides itself on having all of the southern comfort classics with a bit of a New Orleans twist. They also have kids' menu options with smaller serving sizes. Kiddos can enjoy scrambled eggs, biscuit sliders, or pancakes. They even have a cinnamon swirl pancake for those looking for something a little bit different! 

They are open from 7:30 am until 2 pm on weekdays and until 3 pm on weekends, so it is a great place to fuel up before starting a family adventure or to enjoy a relaxing weekend brunch. The cafe chain originally opened less than 15 years ago in the heart of New Orleans and has since grown to many Southern Gulf locations. They now have 11 locations, with 8 in Louisiana, 2 others in nearby Alabama towns and this Pensacola location.
