Vance's Carriage House Creamery, small-town charm with delicious ice cream.
Vance's Carriage House Creamery is a small ice cream shop in downtown Ravenna. We had the pleasure of stopping in for some dessert after a delicious pizza dinner from Guido’s, just down the street.
Vance's Carriage House has everything you could want in a neighborhood creamery: atmosphere, great flavors, a variety of toppings and lots of seating options. (Also, the sundae menu is to die for!) The staff was friendly and happy to offer my indecisive girls as many flavor samples as they needed to make their choices. After you’ve made your decision, you can enjoy your scoops in their colorful indoor seating area or take advantage of the people watching from the café tables located on the sidewalk out front.
Carriage House Creamery has all the flavors you could want and more. With 40 (that's right, 4-0) flavor choices including options like birthday cake, dark chocolate raspberry truffle, honey roasted peanut butter, better brownie batter, coconut chocolate almond, and more, you can guarantee that everyone in your party will be able to find something they like. They even have gluten-free flavors!
You can add toppings a la carte or choose from one of their many predesigned sundae options. The Ultimate Cookie sundae comes with all three of their cookie-flavored ice creams PLUS all of their cookie toppings. If you're feeling daring, you can get the Mr. Potato head, which comes with potato chips as a topping!
Either way, the addition of Carriage House makes complete an already adorable main street American town.
