They pride themselves on having a guilt-free treat, without harmful preservatives, artificial ingredients, or fillers. These donuts are crafted with locally-sourced produce from nearby farms. You will find 12 to 15 flavors daily as well as homemade cinnamon rolls. The standard flavors include cinnamon sugar with cream cheese buttercream icing, vanilla bean, milk or dark chocolate, salted caramel, powdered sugar, lemon honey, and classic glazed with or without sprinkles. They also have weekly specialty flavors. 

Not Your Mom’s serves coffee from a local roasting shop from the South End of Charlotte called Jags Head Coffee. This coffee shop is locally-owned as well, and the family even sources the coffee from their estates in El Salvador. Coffee is served freshly brewed, and espresso drinks are made to order.
