Forage Bistro & Lounge

Knowing where your food comes from and what your putting in your body is something important to me. I love seeking out restaurants that make nourishing foods to satisfy you and fuel your life! Forage Bistro and Lounge is a small local restaurant in Driggs, Idaho. The owners find the best ingredients to craft into each meal and choose to use local and organic ingredients whenever possible. One of my favorite things about Forage is that it has locally-made Kombucha on tap!

Forage has daily specials along with weekly ones. Tuesday nights they have wine flights and Wednesdays they have ½ price bottles of wine! If you go during happy hour, you can enjoy a bottle of house wine and a charcuterie board for $25. On Saturday’s and Sunday’s, Forage has unique brunch offerings that range from power grain pancakes to shakshuka braised lamb. 

For kids, Forage has Wikki Stix menu’s for them to make 3D images and use their imagination. They have delicious options that any kid would enjoy! If you have enough room, you definitely need to try one of their house made deserts. They’re all made from scratch and they always have different options such as cake, creme brûlée, tarts, ice cream, and sorbet. You and your kids will enjoy this tiny, welcoming, and delicious family-owned restaurant.
